It’s an honor to serve as your West Basin Municipal Water District Director for Division I, and I respectfully ask for your vote to continue working on behalf of our communities.

As a lifelong Carson resident, I understand that clean, safe, and affordable water is essential to our quality of life and our region’s future. Since my unanimous appointment to the West Basin Municipal Water District Board of Directors in 2025, I have focused on protecting our water supply, strengthening critical infrastructure, advancing local water independence, expanding recycled water, and ensuring responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars while planning for future generations.

For more than 25 years, I have proudly been a member of IBEW Local 11 and currently serve as its Business Development Manager. My career began as a journeyman wireman building critical water and public infrastructure projects throughout Southern California. That hands-on experience gives me a unique understanding of the investments needed to maintain a reliable water system, improve water quality, strengthen our infrastructure, and create good-paying local jobs.

I believe in transparent leadership, fiscal responsibility, environmental stewardship, and working collaboratively to keep water reliable, affordable, and sustainable for every family and business we serve.
